- 50ml baileys
- 25ml crème de menthe
- 50ml single cream
- 25ml Glava or Drambuie
- A nice dash of grenadine
Add 50ml of baileys to 25ml crème de menthe and 25ml of Glava or Drambuie stir, then mix in 50ml single cream. It will thicken a little as you stir. Serve in a martini glass and add a dash of grenadine to the top by drizzling over a spoon. The grenadine should sink to the bottom of the glass; give the cocktail a quick swirl with a stirrer or the end of a spoon to get a nice candy Cane effect. Your work is done, sit back and enjoy.
